With my free step-by-step video series you'll practice Asana, which involves modified yoga poses while either sitting on a chair or standing using a chair for support. These poses will allow you to gently stretch, twist, and bend; enhancing your flexibility and strengthening your muscles and bones.

Ready To Begin?

Each video is only 10-15 minutes long so you can practice one video at a time or combine three videos to work on the whole body. I recommend practicing at least a few times a week, if not every day. They are designed for you to experience the health and relaxation that flows from the connection of deep breathing and easy-to-do body movements.
